Easy and fast way to create a barcode in photoshop with pencil tool

Lets begin with the tutorial

Step 1

Create a new document with size 500 x 500 pixels and resolution 200

Step 2

Now select the pencil tool with size 2px and hardness 100%

Step 3
now create a new layer and draw random lines with pencil
create a lot of mess on the layer

Step 4

Now click on rectangular marquee tool with fixed settings of 250px X 1px and click on the pencil layer (where random lines were made) and copy the selected portion 

Step5

Now go to file>new and create a new document with same settings 500px x 500px with gray background

and paste the selected portion from previous file in the new document

you will get something like this

Step 6

The pasted image will be too small, so stretch the image vertically

It will look like this

Your barcode is ready, now make some changes with shape, size and background
