In this tutorial we will see how to make your own custom textured Facebook logo in a few steps
Step 1
Open a new document of size 1024 x 1024 pixels.
Step 2
Now choose color #3b5998 as foreground color and select the shape as shown and draw a square.
After drawing the square rasterize that layer.
Step 3
Select the square layer .
go to filter>noise and approx the value according to your needs
Step 4
Now, ctrl + click on the square layer to select the square shape.
go to filters>blur>motion blur and give some motion blur
Step 5
Keep the square selected and go to filters>texture>patchwork
Step 6
Put the facebook "f" letter on to the square and it would look something like this.
Step 7
Set the following blending options on text layer
inner shadow
distance : 15, size : 13
Step 8
Add some inner glow to the square
